Helen Cranmer
Helen is an experienced project management professional with over 8 years project management experience. She has worked in CRO, pharmaceutical, and academic settings. She has been involved in clinical trials in all phases of clinical development I-IV and almost all the major therapeutic areas, although she has special expertise in diabetes, oncology, ophthalmology, and pain.
She has worked in a field based capacity for over 3 years managing international field-based, and office-based teams for full service projects. Including overseeing the work of field based project managers involved in a programme of studies.
Throughout her career she has enjoyed the opportunity to renew working relationships with former clients, and colleagues from her previous positions.
Given her wide background and experience, she is familiar with almost all aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. She works equally well alone or as part of a team. She has an exceptional track record of managing phase 2-3 international studies and multidisciplinary project teams, she is also proficient in the management of budgets and contracts to ensure timely delivery and Customer satisfaction. Her experience includes but is not limited to managing full service studies involving multiple vendors (e.g. central laboratory, clinical trial supplies, IVRS, data management, and regulatory services).
Helen is available to work from a fully-equipped home office, or within client offices (dependent upon the location) for short or long term projects.
